The Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd

Stu's communication, instructions to access property, and tourist info re buses and much more were exemplary, location and buses handy to Brighton attractions, parking easy, studio very clean and every need covered, and the cutest ironing board imaginable!

Stu is the most lovely host you could wish for! Helpful, nice, friendly. The appartment left no wishes behind, it is very clean, comfortable and it provides everything you need. It's full of seagull decorations and made us feel at home.

If it was closer to the pier it was perfect, but there's a bus station nearby.

Everything was exactly like it was advertised, very clean and equipped with necessary things (adapter for sockets, hair dryer)..the decor was lovely and cosy.

Wow, what a find. Cannot fault anything about a THE STUDIO@93. Easy check-in, spotlessly clean, all the things you need for a self-catering stay. The guys were very informative, and communication was excellent. Excellent value for money and free parking is very much a bonus. We had a variety of toiletries and beverages to use, so we didn't need to take any. Even left us a bottle of milk 😁Will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely nothing

Prime location - couldn’t fault it. Tucked out the way but super easy to get back into the city centre. Bus stop opposite property were a bonus!

It was quite warm in the property and the boiler gurgling right beside the bed disturbed sleep a few times. As did the olive trees hitting the windows.

Absolutely lovely little apartment, well situated if you don't mind alittle walk. But public transport is easily accessible if need be. Quite little area and the apartment has everything you need even down to a European adaptor for them forgetful people traveling from abroad. Me and the misses really loved this apartment and whenever we visit Brighton again will definitely be looking at studio 93 availability.
