I would definitely recommend The Studio when staying in Brighton.. Stu is a lovely host, the place is very clean and there is street parking available.

Location is great, really easy to get into town via transport links or walk if you feel like it, the bed was comfy and water pressure was wonderful. The little book of local usefulness is a nice touch, lots of bits about the area as good jumping off points for tourists. The decor was hella cute, a proper seaside holiday vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning next time we're down South :) - Charis

It was a great all round property. I loved the location but some people may prefer to be a bit closer to town. But - Beware - the closer to town the noisier it is ;-)

Beautiful well equipped studio in a very quiet location but not too far from shops, cafes and bars. Excellent communication with the owner prior to arrival. Looking forward to staying again next time we go to Brighton

The self check in information made it very easy. All the information was very useful including a bit of history and some interesting places to visit. The temperature was set to the perfect warmth. It was an easy walk to grocery shop and restaurants.

I was rather busy and did not make the effort to contact the hosts. On reflection it would have been nice to meet up. This was up to me, and so there was nothing I did not like actually.

The property was very cosy, had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was lovely and it seems like no expense has been spared! Really loved it!

We have nothing we didn’t like, if we had to be picky, it wouldn’t be about the property itself, more Brighton for being a little on the steep side 😂
