Location, apartment. Cleanliness. Info from start to finish absolutely prompt reply to any queries I had. Lovely apartment.

Only one thing. No freezer to keep ice in. But we .managed fine....just a thought.

Location fine, apartment clean

The quality of the renovation was not as good as expected. There was not welcome pack that would advise how to operate the TV/Heating etc. a few appliances were out of order and if we had been staying longer than a couple of days this would have been an issue. The major issue was finding the car park. The post code given by owners took us to the houses behind the car park with no access to the car park. On the car park board was a different post code and on the council website a 3rd different post code. This was extremely frustrating as a tour of Kendal was needed to try and get to the car park and each time sat nav took us elsewhere,
