Excellent location, easy parking, comfortable and clean beds and linen. Wifi was excellent. TV/ Kitchen/ Living room- very spacious, adequately stocked and clean.

Bathroom shower was of low quality. Low pressure and shower water does not drain properly. Also the bathroom was stinking when we arrived. This is the sole reason I have downgraded my rating.

Beautiful apartment, so clean and tidy and in a great location in the heart of Kendal. Excellent communication with the managers who were brilliant all the way through with clear instructions and information.

We recently stayed at this apartment hotel and had a mixed experience. There are definitely some great features, but a few drawbacks worth mentioning if you're considering booking. The Good: One of the biggest positives is the location — it’s really convenient, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. We also appreciated the availability of cheap parking nearby, which made things easier since we were traveling by car. Families will be happy to know that a highchair is provided, which was very helpful for mealtimes with our toddler. The apartment itself is tidy and well laid out, with a spacious main bedroom that could easily accommodate a travel cot or even an extra sofa bed.

However, there are a few things to be aware of. Firstly, access is via steep stairs, which could be a real challenge for anyone with mobility issues or even if you're just juggling bags and children. While the apartment was tidy, it wasn’t clean by any standard. It’s clearly in need of a proper deep clean — within minutes of crawling on the floor, my little girl was absolutely filthy. A cot was provided, but there was no bedding, thankfully I brought my own but the mattress was so small that the bedding I brought didn’t fit properly. This unfortunately led to a sleepless night. The second bedroom is also worth mentioning — it’s extremely small, with very low ceilings, and honestly not suitable for two adults. That said, the main bedroom is large enough to accommodate an extra double sofa bed, so the space could work fine if you're not traveling as four adults and a child. For us it really didn’t work. Lastly, the kitchen could do with a few more essentials. There weren’t enough wine glasses for four adults, which was a bit of a letdown.
