Monterey Residence - Stunning, Duplex Apartment in the Heart of Kendal

Nice spacious apartment in a central location. Handy to public car park - reasonable parking fee during the day and free off-peak.

Difficulty with access to apartment building. Sometimes the entry code didn't work. Could not make contact with anyone for assistance so when we both went out we were never sure we'd get back in. TV options were limited - no live TV and had trouble finding channels. Again, the manager did not respond to phone calls or voice mail. The electronic entry code for access to apartment was changed before checkout time and we had difficulty contacting anyone to get access and collect our belongings.

Property was really lovely so lovely we wished we weee staying for more than a night. The host was also very accommodating allowing a late check out when requested which was very much appreciated

The Ad didn't state the property situated on the second floor and bedrooms on the third with no lift. With poor mobility I struggled and do did all of us to climb deep stairs that were unclean. The ad states 24hours services but the manager didn't answer the calls or the text messages. In response to our email the owner said he lived in Manchester and gave us instructions for how to operate the cooker. We finally googled. The fan in the living room wasn't working. The washing machine was out of order, the utensils were insufficient. The bedrooms are in the loft, danger to hit head on the exposing timber beams and slanted ceilings that were too low. One of the rooms were particularly dangerous. Inner part of the property was clean
