8 Berth The Chase Ingoldmells (Horizon)

The caravan was very dated , untidy , it had an awful smell too , there were stains all over the sofas n the mattresses n duvets had pubes all over them like people had not used bedding , very disappointed as I took my elderly mum and she is a clean freak n hated it

Good location and caravan had everything we needed clean and tidy and good size

Couldn't find the WiFi cascade and pillows were very thin

The location was perfect for our stay,which was a short weekend we could walk to the fantasy Island .

The caravan was clean in no dirt on floor however the double bed had 2 old mattresses which had an odour, also the seating area ALL seating was VERY dirty stained wise ( I feel that if I was hiring out this caravan this would be a priority to get sorted as has an immediate impact on entry)and feel that could easily be rectified by cleaning or replacing . Unfortunately we would not use again.

I liked the location and the ease of checking in

The sofas could do with a clean. And the shower was rusted. It wasn't terrible it just needed a refresh.

Clean and had everything that was needed. Caravan site is very well maintained. Caravan owners very polite and contactable.

Was quite cold in the night but this has not reflection on the caravan itself. The weather was rubbish- cold and raining
