Code we were given was wrong

Spacious, modern and clean. They had everything we needed. Good location, secure parking

The only downside is how you collect your keys and the time limit you have

Easy walk into York. Modern fittings. Good to open doors from lounge and walk out onto view of water with ducks and swans. Nice and very comfortable bedding. Fairly clean and bright.

Couldn’t find where air vents worked in apartment for Bathrooms. No shower gel or shampoo.. so many do this as standard that we didn’t think about it. Twin bedroom lacked bath Matt for when coming out of shower. Couch had stains. Kettle needs descaling. Bizarre security. After code inserted for main entrance opens and closes automatically.slow time. Didn’t like getting apartment info just 2 days before. Would have preferred more info at least 10 days then the codes could have been followed up at the 2 days stage. But would have liked to know codes would be given at 2 days.

Lovely location and very comfortable, great furniture and comfortable beds, everything we needed and more. Very nicely done. Great being by the river with outside space.

Only a few minor things, the towels were a bit on the thin side and could have smelt a bit fresher, no mattress protector on the double bed. One of the metal handles fell off the tap and there was a can of lager left outside the back doors that had been used as an ashtray that we threw away.

Immaculately clean, everything in very good working order, excellent location.

Bathroom light was not on when we got there but was sorted immediately

Rooms, bathrooms and living room/kitchen were all perfect for what we wanted. Location was great too, just a short walk into the city centre.

The instructions to get into the apartment were complicated and accompanying video was for a different apartment. There should be specific instructions for each individual apartment preferably written in bullet points.

Cooking equipment could be better. no colander. Outdoor balcony could have been jetwashed. Also no table to eat outside like the photo.

Lovely unit, very comfortable. The location was perfect.

I was expecting items like salt, tissues etc.
