The Butler Suite

It was bright and clean. Well laid out. It must be well insulated because it seemed quiet, no external noise. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need was there. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook a full meal. The motion lighting in the hallway and bathrooms is great, no need to put on a bright light during the night. Comfortable seating in the lounge area to either watch TV or listen to music. We would love to return again in the future.

Lovely luxurious apartment, really convenient location. Would have cost the same money for 2 hotel rooms at a budget hotel - this was so much better for our family visit to York

Access to get in , bit of a nightmare . No key code left for the bin store? Luckily we commendered a resident to let us in. Towel rail in single bed shower room not working

The apartment was beautiful! Everything you needed was there. The beds were so comfortable. Location was perfect too as just a short walk into the centre of York. Definitely will be going back!

Gorgeous apartment, perfectly located for our needs.

allocated parking space on the roof of a multi story car park, and access is only via multiple flights of stairs is no good to someone like me with severe mobility issues.

The apartment had everything we needed, so comfortable, we had a special birthday and they went all out for special requests and made it very special.

Lot of noise in the evening and some strange people trying to get in when we came in the main doors.
