Beautiful apartment doors open on to the the decking outside, Great for relaxing. Just a really lovely place to stay easy walk into York.

Carpark space is top floor and the fob didn’t work for access door outside of apartment.

Location, well equipped, clean, quiet for location.

Parking arrangements could be a little complicated if you don’t read and follow the instructions correctly. I had read them and contacted the property beforehand to clarify. Perfectly safe once you know what you are doing.

A complicated process which was supported by an explanatory video. I helped several people gain access to their lets in the building

The stairwell to the car park was appalling and very scary. There was hair in the bath and on the floor. There was not a bathmat supplied for the shower room. There was an Oreo packet just under the twin room bed. The duvet covers on the twin room were not done up. The pillows not tucked correctly. The heated towel rail in the shower room did not work. Not all spotlights were in working order. The grill pan did not have a rack necessitating having to purchase foil. The terrace was unusable due to bird excrement and feathers together with green fungi on the wooden slats. This property should not be sold as having outside space.

The property was lovely and comfortable, with the parking was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was just a 5 minute walk from the centre, would highly recommend and we would stay again.

this is my second stay in this property and it’s location is fantastic.

Great location and supplied everything we needed. As an 81 year old woman I had no problem walking into the centre. Very clean.

Instructions to enter could be better, someone who lived in the apartment helped us but we would have really struggled without them. Lots of switches in the apartment - not a problem but a bit tedious.
