The communications were short and no additional info No hand held shower head just a central one. No mattress covers.

Beds super comfortable. Nice location. Beautifully clean.

The apartment was fantastic with a great view over the river foss. We were visiting our daughter for graduation and everything was walking distance with nice walk into york.

Very comfortable living area and all good appliances. Very good shower.

The twin room was a little claustrophobic and the room door and en-suite doors opened on to each other (although I completely understand that they have developed around structural pillars of an old building).

Immaculately clean property which had everything we needed. Convenient for Sainsbury’s, Starbucks etc a 2 minute walk away.

Lack of toilet roll - we ran out!!! The allocated check in time is quite late (4pm) and check out very early (10am) which might not suit some people. we were very pleased that we were able to check in early at 2pm and leaving at 10 was not an issue for us.

Beautiful spotlessly clean apartment. Central location, beds were so comfy, will definitely be back

Good location. Clean and modern facilities

Accessing the communal doors was tricky. Took long time for codes to work and fob didn't work on car park door. Only 2 outside chairs available for balcony despite apartment for 4 No instructions for oven so gave up trying to get it to work 5 weeks of roadworks meant access road to property was closed so directions we had been given were no use and had to follow confusing diversion signs so a little warning of this would have been useful.
