Had a smart TV

Was advertised with parking. However, none was available. Cars were parked in the spaces I was told to use. Smelt like a crack house. Flat has been abused and is in desperate need of a refurbishment and repairs.

It was cozy

House smelt of weed. Stairs uneven into flat Lights not working. Safety hazard Fans full of dust Extra pillows were dirty Tiles cracked in the bathroom cut my foot Radiators hard to use Spotty WiFi

The house is clean . No noise or disturbances .

The house is very cold especially the bathroom and hot water takes time to come on.

Nice size Good parking Tv with Netflix Fridge, kettle etc

Boiler gives about 10 mins of hot water. If there are two people showering, no chance of the second one getting any hot water. Very stiff lock, felt like key/lock would break every time we tried to get in. Cheap fixtures and fittings, blinds broken- very very cheap. Trying to pull one blind up and the whole blind pull falls out? Sofa bed is broken, cannot use without sofa bed giving way resulting in falling off the bed. ‘Double’ bed is two single beds pushed together? Icing on the cake- no fairy liquid. Apartment services are clearly on a very, very tight budget.

Location to where we needed to be. Big tv Netflix Heating worked well. Kitchen was ok.

Uncomfortable sofa. Smelt of smoke. Overall tired and bathroom needs work, re tiling and freshening up. Could do some pictures on walls. More kitchen utensils, glasses etc.

Clean, reasonably quiet. Wifi good

It was a struggle to gain access with the keys, took a long time to get them to work, not good! Fire alarm went off extremely loudly in error at 1am, very disturbing. No instructions for tv or any equipment. No rules for evacuation in case of fire.
