"We had a lovely stay. Loved the little touches, the welcome message and hamper."

Loved the welcome message on the board and the welcome hamper (except the packets of crisps were out of date). Loved the location very close to the town

Not being able to park at The Custards. The bed broke on the Thursday, had issues Sunday and Tuesday when the middle support, kept collapsing. Thursday, Friday and Saturday slept on mattress on the floor.

Train station, bus stop, supermarket, high street, sandy beach are with in walking distance This house is in a great location. If i come to Isle of Wight again t I will stay again again. Mr Philip Carter is very knowledgeable and kind for me

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped and in good location. Received good directions and entry instructions. Great welcome pack wine, biscuits, tea and wine. Highly recommended

"Great apartment for first holiday by myself"

Loved the basket left for me with a few bits & pieces (wine, chocolates etc) & the welcome sign on the blackboard was a nice touch. Good little selection of DVDs to watch too. Bed was really comfortable & it was all clean & tidy. Drying rack & washing machine came in handy when it rained as well

The bin in the kitchen didn't work with the foot pedal & the leg rest of the sofa wouldn't pull out but other than that it was great.

The size of the property

Parking problems. On double yellow lines and parking in next street not always available. The person living upstairs banged door several times going in and out then woke up late at night with the police banging on the front doors looking for him. Yard at back could have been weeded and clean.
