The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. The hosts had thought of everything people might need when living somewhere whilst on holiday. Views were great from windows. The location of the flat was quiet and peaceful but only a couple of miles from Plymouth centre. It has an excellent shower in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

It was not a problem for us as we are fit but the flat is a top floor flat so lots of stairs up to the entrance so might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

Not a deal breaker but the flat could do with lamp instead of using the main lights when settling down for the evening and some curtains. There was bit of draft coming from the windows which made the flat feel a little colder than what it was.

well proportioned apartment with nearly all you need. it was clean with usual amenities. pleasant decor and decent kitchen.

the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs with a further dark narrow dogleg staircase up to the eaves of the victorian house where the apartment is situated. I saw no comment to the access of the flat prior to booking and would not have booked it, as my husband has had 2 heart attacks! it was gruelling to get upstairs especially as it was hot. we planned our day around once down and once up! there was very little wardrobe space and if 2 couples stayed you’d be living out of a suitcase. also no hairdryer.

It was dirty. We had to vacuum the property on arrival, including drawers. One drawer contained durex lube. The oven was filthy and could not be used. When I contacted the owner to ask a for an email address to send photos of the filth, he failed to reply. There was insufficient toilet tissue and dishwater cleaner, no hairdryer nor patio as advertised
