Pure B - Exceptional views of Tamar & Royal William Yard with Free Parking & Wifi

There are great views from the windows.

The back door keypad didn’t work so there was no entry from the car park, which made entering with luggage difficult as the front entrance is some distance. The kitchen and appliances were very dirty, the general level of cleanliness was poor. No staff answered the contact telephone number, or returned calls.

Facilies in the apartment. Beautiful view. Good location - for public transport and shops. Allocated parking space.

Be prepared to climb several flights of narrow stairs - take this into account if you have suitcases.

We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wet towels in the washing machine from previous occupant. We had a problem with power from the fuse box/power outage. The light on the steep stairs didn’t work which was dangerous as there was no natural light on the staircase. The rear external security lock was faulty and wouldn’t accept the code. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were dirty and stained. The external area to the rear door and car park area was dirty with rubbish scattered around.

Very nice location with great views of the river and marina .

Top floor apartment meant lots of stairs to climb , but meant good exercise .

a hairdryer would have been appreciated

Located in great area with only walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Quiet and clean good views of the bay

Lovely views, comfy beds and spacious apartment.

Paid 250 never stayed .Took elderly parents with us. One on walking sticks .Did not mention there was 5 flights off stairs to climb one with no rail..Had to find somewhere else to stay . Cross is a understatement.
