In a good location, the bed was comfortable.

No info on what to do if the fire alarm should go off. No welcome pack or brochures on what is around to do or places to eat in the area. No privacy as you have to walk through their patio,and opposite the front door is a hot tub, for their use only. Fair enough, but I wouldn't want to be walking past them in the warmer weather. No BBQ, or patio chairs for the holiday stay were seen, only 1 toilet roll.!They will have to up their game

Lovely location, great hosts, very clean and I felt safe. I would stay there again!! Shower was only was lukewarm but not a major issue.

Few bits missing, such as places to put things in bathroom, extra toilet roll, and no WiFi, which in 2026 is an essential, should at least be stated that it isn’t available in advert, this would put me off staying again

The place was lovely and clean had everything in it that we needed even left us some milk in the fridge for a brew would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here just before new years eve, my review has taken so long as I am the full time carer of my youngest son who is disabled. I don't usually review places but as someone who rarely gets time off, the way the wording of this place is done and the pictures, we felt it was best to do so. We only stayed one night out of two and left a day early. This is not the "cabin by the beach", it's an annex in the back of someone's garden. Please don't be fooled by the fancy wording, you are at the back of (and really not far from maybe 15f) someone's house, it's a gated home at the end of a cul-de-sac. It doesn't mention anywhere that this is behind someone's home, it gives you the impression it's off a property and close to the beach. The Google picture doesn't show how small that area actually is and gives the wrong impression. The big garden you have access too? It just feels wrong. It's someone's house, their multiple cars in the driveway, the trampoline just between the house and the "cabin", the seating that just didn't feel right to use as again, this is at the back of someone's house and you feel like you're being watched, it was very apparent there were people in the house. It's a very small garden where the annex was, just didn't feel private at all. On top of that disappointment, we were aware of the no WiFi, but having no signal and neither saying this on the booking listing or on the welcome sheet yet knowing this is just crazy. I am a carer of my youngest son and had to walk 20 minutes to be able to get any updates and had to this throughout the evening This isn't okay and we felt people should be aware before they waste their money. It's not fair on folk who rarely get to have the time away just to not be able to enjoy it and have to leave early.

Emily cancelled my stay hours before i was due to arrive, she said I would get a full refund, Booking.com are still charging me for my stay and are saying I did stay at the property, which is outrages. Emily can you please inform Booking.com I certainly did not stay and it was you who cancelled!!
