"Great location & lovely studio, well kept"

The host left 2 bottles of beer in fridge to welcome us. Great information left for us Location great, opposite a bus stop that takes you into York. Very quiet village, pub on corner. Restaurant and Marina 5 mins away

Everything needed was available in this beautiful double bedded self contained ground floor studio with own little garden and parking spot. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen area. Very comfortable bed. Modern shower room.

excellent facilities. spacious room. very comfortable bed and a sensible, easy to use temperature controls. Close to Fulford by road and next to the marina.

Parking is good but the entry could be tight for larger cars. The Wifi was very slow. only 7mbps download speed at times. Most likely due to the rural nature of the area.

Our 3rd stay at rosehips,always very clean,Jeanette keeps it lovely.plenty facilities for a short stay,and all the little extras even nice cold beer when we arrived 😀

Everything was great nothing to complain about
