Our 3rd stay at rosehips,always very clean,Jeanette keeps it lovely.plenty facilities for a short stay,and all the little extras even nice cold beer when we arrived 😀

"Good self catering accommodation in a lovely area."

Lovely village with good walks and a choice of pubs to eat in. Rosehips was quirky but well equipped with kitchen equipment, info and a couple of games. There was garden furniture which we made use of as the weather was kind.

A couple of armchairs would have been welcome. Also the property is right beside the owner's house but she didn't interact with us in person. She did leave us a message telling us to let her know if we needed anything.

Really nice accommodation, in a lovely quiet village near York. Accommodation was very well thought out and nice to have outside space.
