Extra homely touches made it very appealing and comfortable. Welcoming card was appreciated. Easy access by car to Park & Ride into York. Pretty garden and good parking.

Absolutely amazing stay at Rosehips….the room was perfect for our needs, clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities perfect for our stay. We really liked the quality of the soap and shower gel. Everything seemed so well thought out. Thank you.

Welcoming drinks in the fridge .. everything supplied for a stay ..the garden was gorgeous, unfortunately it rained so could nt take advantage of it which was a pity .. pub literally around the corner ..

"Perfect weekend away"

Perfect little getaway, spotlessly clean. Few little bits such as tea etc, everything you needed. The best I've stayed in and the area was lovely and peaceful

Easy to find, lovely quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. It was a lovely gesture for our hosts to leave a couple of beers in the fridge which we enjoyed at the outdoor seating area in the garden .
