City View Apartments Birmingham City Centre

Location is amazing, so close to the o2 arena and lots of pubs and bars. Checking in was easy and simple. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The whole apartment needs some tidy, shower, skirting and paint work . The coffee table was so wobbly I would not use it

Really clean and convenient location. Easy to find. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds.

Surrounding bars are very noisy in the evening/all through the night so this did disturb our sleep

The property itself was in a great location

Smelly, very tired and run down, bits missing from kick boards, dirty cutlery, dirty floor, very unprofessional meeting ‘outside tesco’ for the keys. STILL HAVEN’T GOT MY £400 DEPOSIT BACK 3 WEEKS LATER! Hardly responds to messages about it either, keeping getting excuses!

Not bas as there were multiple options as well as Tesco just acros ms the street.

The additional charges for couple of hours gor late check-out & check-in are bormt acceptable as many hotels if same range offers free. Also there was no facility of leaving luggage due to no reception.
