Convenient location

Lumpy pillows. In desperate need of sorting out the damp issues.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was disgusting and unfit for habitation. The mattresses were broken with springs sticking out the sides, there were bodily fluids (including dried snot) on the walls, the furniture was stained, the fixtures were cracked and in disrepair and the entire apartment was caked in grime and dust, with the belongings of the previous tenants present in the cupboards. We left first thing in the morning, cutting our stay short. The scam artists that run the place refused to refund us the entire amount.

The location was perfect for us, close to new street station and to where we wanted to go out. £10 for secure parking for the night was an added bonus, bit hard to find but all calls were answered promptly and directions were given, though thankfully google maps had sent me the right way, the one way street is easily missed. Great for an overnight stay. I did like the fact there were 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite, beds were good enough for a night.

The windows were either open or closed, I think this is because they are big windows, it was quite warm but that would be a bonus in colder months. Noise to be expected mainly because of where you are situated. The lights in the room barely lit up the bedrooms and in the room with the 2 single beds there was a lamp but no plug socket for said lamp.

It was very comfortable & close to the bullring. The person looking after me Adam was very nice , attentive and welcoming.
