Great location

Doesnt look as good as the pictures, could use some deep clean. Way too expensive for what is has to offer

The apartment is at a good location. It is spacious and good for big families.

They need more kitchenware and staff needs to be a little bit more friendly and helpful.

Location location

No privacy when curtains were drawn. Outdated furnishing with many wear and tear in need of a makeover. (Difficult to access shower as the glass panel does not swing). No ventilation for the bathroom. In need of a deep clean such as wall stains, sofa stains and mould around bathroom tiles. Suggest replace pots and pans as couldn’t use as looks old and grubby. Had a mishap with a dining chair but got replaced immediately. (Not sure why the frame was missing as my son almost had an injury). Remote control could be replaced as no back panel to hold the battery except tape. Asking for a deposit is not acceptable due to the above being justified. Had to take pictures prior incase deposit wasn’t returned which can make the process uneasy. (feedback family of 3).

It suited us a family due to having separate sleeping solutions so everyone had some privacy!

Met by the host, Adam. Very nice man. showed us to the property and delt with all the paperwork. Requested extra bedding and another key + fob and this was brought to us within minutes. A very nice stay in a central location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice view, bed was comfortable, Host was friendly and welcoming. Was in the city centre and enjoyed going to the Bullring.

Too much noise due to the missing bar whenever parties were on

The place was so awful, there was nothing to like except the location, which was central for the places we wished to visit. However, because the window was locked open and the double glazing was inadequate, no-one could sleep all night (literally) because of the noise immediately outside the building.

On arrival, the entrance corridor carpets were very dirty and there was litter, consisting of plastic bottles and discarded food. The entire apartment was filthy, poorly maintained and smelt stale, unclean and smoky. In more detail: The work tops were stained and full of ring marks. The skirting boards and doors were either badly damaged, filthy or both. The plug sockets were filthy. The kitchen equipment, e.g kettle, knives and other cutlery were filthy and unusable. There was no way that a meal could have been made in the property, the place and equipment was so unhygienic. The state of the paintwork was poor to say the least. The beds were not made up properly. One bed was crumpled as if it had already been slept in, although it looked clean enough. One bedroom had a bedside lamp but no socket to plug it in! The other had a bedside lamp which was falling apart - a health hazard. Both mattresses were old and worn out, with springs which protruded out and were very uncomfortable. The window had been jammed open and locked in that position. The double glazing was ineffective. As a result of these, the quite considerable noise from the street outside kept everyone awake all night. The washbasin tap was broken and almost impossible to turn on or off with the temporary “handle” which had been left there. The shower had no clip for the hose so had to be hand held - a small point but another irritation when added the rest of this list. The mirror in the lounge had been “cleaned” with a dirty cloth. and was streaked with dirt. There were no toiletries, not even a bar of soap. There was no toilet roll holder. There was no ironing board. The biggest issue generally was the state of cleanliness overall. The place was described by my wife as a ‘slum’. We have a considerable number of photographs taken by my wife to support the above, some attached. We were visited by a representative of the host on the following morning. He agreed with all the above.
