How accommodating the staff where it was a clean spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms smack bang in the centre of Birmingham arcadian

The location of the apartments and the double room offered enough space, making it a convenient choice for our family. The nearby Tesco store was a definite advantage, providing easy access to groceries and everyday essentials, which added to the overall appeal of the area.

During our stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was lacking, which made us feel uncomfortable. The sofas emitted a strong and unpleasant odor, making it difficult for us to relax or use them at all. Unfortunately, the beds were equally disappointing; they were far from comfortable and did not provide the restful sleep we were hoping for. Additionally, we faced an issue with the window—it wouldn't close properly. This not only allowed the noise from the nearby club to infiltrate our apartment but also kept us awake throughout the night, as the music and chatter were quite loud. The one bedroom apartment was located across the street, that building itself was in a state of disrepair, reinforcing our sense that we should have books d the bigger room for other family members. Following our time there, we also developed rashes, which we suspect was related to the overall conditions of the apartment. All of these factors contributed to a less than pleasant experience, and we left feeling quite dissatisfied.

The location was great

Sofa very uncomfortable, needed a good makeover and bed was so low down no good for people with bad backs or knees, the heating was for whole building and was on constantly and it was so warm and there are no windows just a patio door. The shower leaked and the bathroom floor was soaked and became very slippy.

The property is in a very central location. There is no noise from adjacent flats. The check in process was easy.

The double glazing allowed a lot of noise from the busy bar opposite into the apartment. The whole property is very tired and well worn and in need of a refresh. There were no plugs for the sinks or bath and minimal kitchen equipment.

The Host was extremely friendly and efficient. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. Parking was off road and secure. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The property I would say was very badly false advertised so I cannot say I liked anything

From the minute we stepped through the front door so many things where wrong Big stains up the walls the bathroom had specks of black mold in the shower the skirting of the flooring was all ripped off the toaster was thick with grease the air vent above the cooker was even worse with grease spent so much money on this place plus a £250 security deposit which they keep for 10 days that no one tells you about when you first book really do not recommend this dump at all

We were told we have been upgraded to a Penthouse apartment upon arrival which was very spacious with nice clean comfy bed which was ideal for the 5 of us. Fantastic view from the apartment with small open area we can step out to overlook the surrounding area. Very close to all amenities, restaurants. Bathroom has electric towel rail to warm towels. Electric heater was a treat on the cold evening after a long day out. The corridor was a bit scruffy but the apartment was nice. Communication was excellent. The staff member Adam who greeted us to park our car was very friendly and helpful. Everything we need just a text away and will be delivered as soon as they can. Secure basement car parking area with a fee which was good considers it is in the town centre. Secure entrance into the building make you feel safe. We will definitely stay again. No issue with deposit which was refunded after a few days. A lovely 2 night stay.

The apartment was nice and clean in general but the floor in the lounge area was sticky needs a proper clean. Maybe refresh with a new cleaning kit/sponge in the kitchen for the new staying guest. Apartment needs a bit of touch up on paint work there and then but overall a nice apartment.

Only the location that was great and the parking.

When we arrived , there was no heating and the extra heater were not working. The sofa was really smelly and didn’t look clean, the kitchen chairs were dirty and the floor was like glue. The curtains had big stains. The head of the bed was dirty with ( I don’t want to know) The toilet seat was not attach anymore. The kitchen was not in a good state for cooking… I don’t understand why Booking.com give a 4stars it doesn’t deserve any stars.
