City View Apartments Birmingham City Centre

What l like the most is the location of the building 🏠 a very lovely view

I don't like the double bed, it is not comfortable

Good size, comfortable, facilities were adequate, staff helpful we did have a problem with one of the doors not closing properly but was sorted easily, view of the city was good, was close to shopping and china town which was great easy walking distance to everything

Could have done with a few extra bits in the kitchen like cork screw, oven trays etc, freezer needed a good defrosting, it was very noisy but we did stay on a Saturday night so I suppose this is to be expected

Great assistance from manager Adam as they lost my original booking but they substitute me with bigger apartment .

Losing my original booking is a sighn of bad management

Location is superb

the apartment is quite modern however very dirty. When we first came , it was so dirty , they did not do cleaning properly. the table , kitchen was si sticky. The floor is so dirty and had some little left food. If they maintain the apartment, actually will be so nice ...

The location is great, right in the city centre and very close to New Street station, you can walk anywhere in the centre. The apartment was very spacious so even for 5 people it is great. Good views. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

The apartment clearly needs some proper maintenance/refurbishment, and better cleaning and care. We opened the freezer and water came out of it, as it had been defrosted. The shower door got stuck while someone was inside and then derailed. The handle of the toilet door was not working properly leaving someone locked inside too (but could be open from outside). One of the windows did not close properly, leaving a small gap through which noise (from parties in the area) and some rain water could come in. Although the apartment was clean, the area under the sofa had not been hoovered for a while, there were even used tissues. The TV was shutting down every time we tried to watch something for longer than 3 minutes. "Complimentary" tea but there was not tea, only instant coffee. They are all small things, as our stay was fine after all, but all together show that the apartment is not properly taken care of.

The location was brilliant, it was an absolute bargain. Big apartment with comfy beds! Underground carpark brilliant too.

The bathroom sink was leaking but that's literally the only thing and really it doesn't matter...

Very well located parking facility very near downstairs the basement good very good access

Could not fault it close to town

It's too good Parking is available nearby, city centre, halal food and everything is accessible at walking distance, and more tesco is at the junction
