"Lovely apartment, close to town. Would stay again."

Very spacious, private parking space, close to town. Lovely welcome pack from the host. Washing machine, all the utilities needed. Internet and tv. Also has a balcony! We would stay there again.

It is an older property with some signs of wear but perfectly fine for a family getaway.

"apart from access issues every thing was fine - no complaint"

SELF CATERING every thing we needed nice welcome pack easy access to town & beach ,parking included ,very quite no unessary outside noise

we were given the wrong key code so had to make numerous until we were eventually given the right code had to wait for 90 mins before we gained access not agood start after a 3hr drive.

"With a little effort from the agent it could have been superb."

This property is in an excellent location and it is beautifully decorated, but lack of maintenance meant that we could not make full use of the facilities.

Lack of maintenance meant that we could not make full use of the facilities. The key safe access code was changed without us being informed and this meant it took and additional 30min to access the property. There was broken balcony furniture, chipped and cracked crockery and glasses, missing or broken light bulbs, a completely iced up freezer and wardrobe and shower requiring repair. I rang the agent, LRPM, 3 times on Mon requesting they get back to me urgently to sort out some of these problems. They work country wide and their head office is in Cromer! They never returned my calls and we were left to fend for ourselves.

"Great flat and location."

Great location. Light and spacious flat.

Curtains in the twin bedroom would have been great as the blinds don’t effectively block out the morning light.

Comfortable and warm. Good facilities. Great location.

I would Suggest that a slip mat and bath mat be left in the bathroom/ensuite. Oven gloves in the kitchen too or suggest that guests bring their own. Sorry if I missed them from the inventory.

Location, excellent

I spoke to the managing agent's representative (Rhianne) and complained about the state of the flat, mentioning that we'd seen the negative reviews. She responded that, as we'd seen the reviews, why did we still book the apartment! I informed her that the expectation was that the various problems would have been addressed before we arrived - mistake. Dirty carpet with no management attention, I took photographs if anyone is interested En-Suite bathroom door not closing completely Missing curtain, covering the Venetian blind in the twin bedroom, making it difficult to sleep after dawn Very few glasses, many badly worn plastic equivalents Outside space badly (never) maintained Bulbs unserviceable in lounge and main bedroom Shower screen in bathroom not secure Mid mid stay linen change unless a £20 charge. No mid stay clean unless - you guessed it another charge! One would have thought that paying for a 3 week's stay at least a mid stay clean, as most rental properties, would have been provided Wrong key code supplied - blamed on Booking.com. We didn't trust the key code and requested confirmation before we arrived Generous welcome pack - 5 cans of coloured water and a packet of crisps - not a joke The WiFi code was not supplied, as we're Vodafone customers we knew the code is always printed on the base of the router The oven, microwave are top of the range appliances.it would have been useful to have an oven glove available No guest book, I wonder why
