The place is extremely clean. I like the decoration. The location is very good. It takes about 15 minutes to station. The bus stop is literally 1 2 mins walk. Multiple buses go to main station till mid night. The flat is spacious. There are chocolates to welcome you The place has fridge kettle microwave. The living room is good for Chitchat. The owners is very helpful and pleasent in attitude I will definitely recommend this place

The flat was well equipped and very comfortable. We really appreciated the extra touches including the provision of some food. We felt the host and manager of the flat were keen to ensure everything went well.

Although we realised parking wouldn't necessarily be easy on a high street we found that it was harder than anticipated and therefore not very convenient with a car.

The flat was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location is good as it is only 5 minutes walk to the prom and beach.

The parking is sometimes difficult especially at busy times but we did manage to park on the side street just along from the flat. It is situated on a main road. The windows were difficult to open but we did manage.

The flat was superbly organised and beautifully clean. Every little detail had been attended to from clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the city centre, to guidance on letting ourselves in when we reached. We were very comfortable and would recommend this property as ideal for a small family or group of three visiting Edinburgh.

The cosiness, cleanliness and location. Really helpful owner. Great and easy communication with owner. The unexpected and much appreciated welcome gifts: book, bottle of Prosecco, cupcakes and fruit!!
