Lovely 2BR AP just moments away from Brighton Beach

We had an awful start and had to wait for over an hour for the code to get in. The place was dusty like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was a rat in the shed that kept coming into the courtyard. The sofabed was broken and we had trouble setting it up and putting it away every day. When we left we had cleaned better than the crew that apparently had done it before we arrived. We definitely won't book this property again

The steps down to the property were not great and in the courtyard out the back is a rat and the decking is in need of repair. The sofabed needs fixing or replacing with a new one

Superb location and well prepped space.

First night there was lots of noise from the upper levels. Floors and some surgaces could have been a bit cleaner (really notice when staying with young kids)

Lots of communication from owners.

Nothing was excellent!

It was a great location and right by the beach. Good size rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The courtyard garden was a bonus.

The sofa was extremely worn and one as a result uncomfortable. It wasn’t one you could snuggle into and cozy up with. We luckily didn’t have to use with guests. And the bathroom was full of damp mould.

We loved how clean and spacious the apartment was. Brighton is a lovely city and the location of the place only helped us more exploring its beautiful aspects.

The apartment is literally just a stones throw from the beach, and close to the i360, yet it was quiet every night of our stay. there was a small hiccough with the shower but the team quickly contacted us and it was sorted out the next day - and this despite me been very 'off-line' for most of the holiday. Waitrose is close by and most of Brighton's attractions were within easy walking distance. Despite both my wife and I been some what 'no-longer-young.' A fantastic place to have as a base for journeys out across the south of England. (We visited Portsmouth and Beachy Head.) Recommended.
