Elounda Island Villas

We enjoyed our stay at Elounda. It was too short for us, though! Although there is no air conditioning, the breeze kept the suite nice and cool. Screens covering the shutters kept the bugs out and the breeze could still be felt. Such a quiet and peaceful location, but very close to the busy town.

the manager, Lucas, greeted us and provided a lot of information about activities that suited our interests. the hotel location is incredible; quiet, remote, but within walking distance of restaurants and beaches. the apartment itself was amazing spread across 4 levels and several terraces.

We loved our stay at Elounda Island Villas . The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony - a perfect start to the day , breakfast gazing at the sea ! The villas are in a quiet location just 20 minutes walk from the town with all its restaurants and bars . We ate at Kanali restaurant which was only 5 minutes away and at Nikos fish restaurant in town - both were delicious. The island has lots of small coves and beaches which you can easily walk to but we often used the little beach in front of the villas . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back .

Very special historic place to stay in Elounda. The units are rustic with lovely views of the bay. Walkable to the sandy beach and other beaches on the island. Overall lovely atmosphere and accommodating staff.
