"Quiet hotel but only a few mins walk to Elounda centre."

Hotel set in beautiful location overlooking Elounda centre from the shores of Elounda Island. Quiet location but only a 10 min walk to tavernas. Studio was spacious and well equipped, set over three floors with a relaxing balcony with sun beds. Easy access to sea in front of hotel. Ideal place for a couple of nights to take in a trip over to Spiralonga Island.

"Bad"

We had to go back to Italy before checking in because of cat fell suddently very ill. We knew that the hotel has not refund policy but we immediately contacted them two days before our supposed check-in to please ask them to obtain at least a partial refund, making sure the cancel the reservation so we could help them to find new costumers. They replied the message two entire days later and didn’t offer any help. We know that business is business but this is the only structure we booked that didn’t promptly reply and offer help. This says a lot.

"Unbearable Stay Without A/C and Cold Water"

Location

We arrived at this place mid-July, during a heatwave of 40°. Unfortunately, we saw there is no air-conditioning in the apartment but only a fan, which wasn't enough for these weather conditions. We were looking forward to staying there, but the heat indoors was unbearable and we had to leave after the first night. In Crete, especially during the summer, air-conditioning is a crucial amenity in rental places. On top of that, there was a problem with the water supply. Despite running the water for a considerable time, it refused to cool down for a refreshing shower. Overall, our experience there was unpleasant. We couldn't sleep or have a shower and we made the decision to cut our stay short.

"Idyllic location."

the location is truly spectacular

the lack of air con made it very difficult to sleep at night because of both mosquitos and the heat, there is a ceiling fan but I think a table fan that you can move would make a big difference
