Elounda Island Villas is a great place to stay. The accommodation is really pleasant, as are the hosts. The villas are in a perfect location, remote from Elounda meaning we found this to be a lovely peaceful stay. It is easy to walk into Elounda for facilities and amenities, and it is roughly a 30 minute walk to the main beach on the Island, although there is a rocky beach just 5 minutes away - which has beautiful clear waters and was a favourite to us. The accommodation provides water, soft drinks and beers for guests on an honesty based system. The hosts can also prepare a delicious breakfast. These touches are really nice as it makes the remoteness of the accommodation easier - e.g. you don't have to carry lots of water back to the villas. I really loved this stay and would recommend it to others.

The owner and staff were amazing. So gracious. And while the location is a bit off the beaten path, it’s why I booked it. This hotel is special. It’s so peaceful. It’s not far from the action if you don’t mind walking 15 mins. And it’s the only hotel in all of Elounda with a southern exposure, which means you can see the sunrise and sunset. It’s a hidden gem!

No air conditioning but it’s an eco hotel and the fans were sufficient.

Everything was great. The location, the view, the place is very quite and so close to the sea. Good location for short walks on the penisula. The host Lukas is the best one we've ever had - very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the place and would like to come bak one day.

Stunning location away from the busy part Elounda, beautifully designed bungalows in a lovely garden next to the sea! A wonderful stay!
