Ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο καταλημα στο κέντρο της παλιά πόλης στα Χανιά είχε φοβερή θέα το μόνο που θα άλλαζα θα ήταν ο τείχος στο μπάνιο γιατι είχε γεμίσει μούχλα όπως και στην γωνία που είναι στη είσοδο και αυτό είχε μούχλα όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια καθαρά περιποιημένα όλα

The property has a great location. The rooftop, while a bit pokey to get too, is a fun little extra which offered a great view. The place was clean, but it gives backpacker vibes. It is absolutely no frills and very cheap for where it is. However there are some downsides. It’s LOUD.

There is limited communication from the host as to how to find this place and entry instructions. I read the reviews and knew it was likely to be loud. But I cannot understate how loud it is. Between the nightclub below and the glass collection in the morning, you need earplugs. Keep the windows closed. To add, as others have said (which I didn’t read/realise) it’s not 2 bedrooms. It’s 1 bedroom with 3 sofa beds in the lounge. We were travelling with another couple which made it awkward. To add to our issues, the aircon in the bedroom would trip the electricity when running. Meaning there was no aircon in that room. It was like a sauna. Very uncomfortable. We had to open the door, so there was no privacy for anyone. The host said they would send someone to look at the electricity but they didn’t. The beds in the lounge are sectional and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower is waist height which I guess might work for some. There is no attachment up high to shower properly. The bed in the main bedroom is creaky AF. I didn’t think it would hold my ass. Woke up every time I needed to roll over. I am no longer friends with my travelling companions due to this!! (I jest). The landing was a shared landing, with random people sitting there to smoke. Overall not family friendly or elder millennial friendly. Everyone else will probably be ok. It’s a place to lay your head.

The location was just the best you could ever ask. Right below every restaurant and the cove.

Aucun accueil ni indications du lieu, le Wifi ne marche pas, le barbecue annoncé totalement hors d’usage. Appartement très mal isolé phonique-ment, situé au dessus d’un restaurant avec forte musique fermant à 4h du matin, donc boules Quies obligatoires ou appartement dédié à des fêtards.

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean amenities, nice view.

The noise at night is quite loud as the windows do not close properly - make sure to bring earplugs for your stay. The wifi was rather difficult to make it work. The AC looked dirty and therefore decided not to use it.

Central location . Very clean. Bathroom and kitchen good, bed and bedroom good. Loads of space. Grateful to find a central spot last minute.

Dilapidated access area and steps, some peeling paint inside too. The roof terrace was used by random night revellers ( I’m not going to write here what they were doing but it was extreme). I found the finding instructions unclear and neither adjacent restaurant knew much about the property but one helped find keys, no signage saying plaza. It was amazingly noisy until 4am coming from club behind.

Lovely apartment with amazing roof terrace right on the waterfront and in mix of bars/restaurants.

One of the sofa beds was split lengthways and did not stay together - have to sleep very straight and on side to not fall into the gap!
