Lage direkt am Hafen, tolle Dachterrasse, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Sehr sehr laut, weil direkt dahinter eine Bar/Disco ist. Wohnung ist sehr schlecht isoliert , trotz geschlossener Fenster konnten wir kaum schlafen

Очень чистые, уютные апартаменты с прекрасной террасой на крыше с которой открывается вид на набережную.

Шум из ночного клуба ночью.

Prime location in Chania, in the heart of the old town. Cute place, seems to be still renovating. Kitchen handy .Great view of the bay , beautiful with the lights lite up at night.

Bathroom shape was a little awkward. Didn’t realise the night clubs were so close and loud at night. Was a little tricky to find , between the 2 taverns.

La posizione era centralissima e l'appartamento davvero molto bello e particolare. Eravamo in cinque e abbiamo passato lì solo una notte ma sarebbe stato bello rimanere. La posizione troppo centrale fra i locali (abbiamo.inizialmente avuto difficoltà a trovarlo perché l'aaccesso è una scaletta proprio in mezzo ai risporanti) lo rendeva non proprio tranquillo nelle ore notturne, ma eravamo preparati per cui, per una notte è stato bello poter partecipare alla vivace vita notturna a di Chania, anche rimanendo a casa! Suggerisco al proprietario di revisionare il bagno perché il water non era del tutto stabile e la pittura del bagno, sopra la doccia, era rovinata, un peccato, considerando che anche il.bagno non era niente male!

Θέα στο λιμάνι

Δυστυχώς δε μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι που να μου άρεσε.. εκτός απο τη θέα στο λιμάνι ...οι φωτογραφίες που έχετε στο booking δεν έχουν ουδέ μια σχέση με το διαμέρισμα ,απέξω μοιάζει με εγκαταλελειμμένο κτήριο ,οι πόρτες χαλασμένες χωρίς ασφάλεια τα έπιπλα πολύ παλιά..τα κρεβάτια χαλασμενα είχε μια σκάλα που σε οδηγούσε στη ταράτσα η οποία δεν ασφαλίζει και ένας τύπος να κρυφό κοιτάζει 2 το βράδυ από το παράθυρο μας...ήμασταν 4 κορίτσια και δεν νιώθαμε ασφάλεια ..τη πατήσαμε!!ούτε καφέ δεν είχε να πιούμε!! δεν παρείχε τίποτα το δωμάτιο με βάση τα χαρακτηριστικά που αναγράφονται στο booking.. λυπάμαι

Perfect location!

A lot of noise and the room needs an update!

We stayed at Plaza Apartment in Chania town, which has a beautiful front view truly like paradise. But the apartment itself was like living in a haunted mansion scary, dirty, with stains on every bed sheet. Both TVs didn’t work, no WiFi, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. The microwave was noisy, and dishes were dirty. We were waiting for check-in and found random people sitting outside, which scared my kids. Loud partying until 6 AM meant we stayed awake all night my husband, my kids, and I. Because the bed was broken, we ended up sitting on chairs as we had nowhere to sleep, even though we paid for a proper apartment. Even though we kept calling the owner, he said he couldn’t help us. We wanted a peaceful stay, but this apartment was a real disappointment. The only bright spot was the kind cleaning lady who explained the broken bed before we left I really appreciated her honesty.”
