St. Nicolas Soho Apartments

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped and centrally located. Hosts are helpful, communication was smooth and we appreciate they let us stay two hours longer on our last day.

Right in heart of centre, walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops. Very clean and great fluffy bath towels. We had unit 2 and 3. 3 had two balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset.

No lift and narrow staircase to carry suitcases up but we knew that before booking.

Location is great. Appartement 2 is spacious and very comfortable.

Staircase is tight, but if you carry suitcases one-by-one it’s no problem.

We had the apartment on the top which is beautiful and has two (!) private roof terraces. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up three steep and narrow flights of stairs - however you will be rewarded with this with an amazing view. You have a lovely sight on the harbor and the apartment features everything you need. It is right in the center of the town with a huge variety of restaurants and cafes very close by, also the two main streets that feature many (a bit more touristy) shops are in a walking distance of 1 minute. The owners were very friendly, you could reach them very fast and they even let us into the apartment 2 hours earlier as we had arrived very early in the morning on the island. They also left us some welcome raki :)

Unfortunately, the AC was not working when we were there. They brought us a ventilator after 2 nights which did help a bit though and they were very motivated to get it fixed quickly (even sent by an electrician only a few hours after we had told them about the problem).
