Excellent location, parking across the street, two terraces.

For the appartment on the 1st and 2nd floor very narrow spiral staicases makes it difficult to get luggage in the room.

Tidy and thoughtfully equipped top floor apartment. Easy to find block between harbour and archeological site. Two good size terraces, one undercover and one for sun seekers. Best feature, light and sun, security block out roller shutters with fly screens. Through flowing natural air kept the apartment cool! Good fridge, glass shower screen and beach towels. Harbour, restaurants, Kitroplatia Beach, supermarkets and jewellery shops all close by. Appreciated the cold water in the fridge and welcome drink of Raki. Had a great time staying here. We ate at Cretan Embassy. Delicious home cooking.

As shown on website the spiral stairs to top floor is not for everyone. Not a lot of bench space to prepare food. Useful to have a small kitchen island or trolley with shelving for guests to place their groceries on. Closest recycling bins for DIY that were emptied regularly are at the rear of church Agia Triada on Kiprion Agoniston.

A really very nice top floor apartment right in the centre of elegant Agios Nikolaos. Two huge verandahs with breathtaking views of the sea and the dramatic Cretean coast. The studio is ideal for one or two people, and is equipped with everything necessary. I totally enjoyed my stay at this clean and stylish place. Thank you ever so much!
