Well located in main shopping / restaurant area Caretaker on site Has 2 big balconies (one with sea view / one with shade) Airconditioned Well laid out Good WiFi

Top Floor apartment - 4 narrow flights of stairs to climb Shower was prone to blockages / overflowing the base Front Door access system overheated - locking you out till cooled Bit too noisy after 12 midnight No English TV channels

Beautifully furnished property in a fantastic central location in Agios Nikolaos. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 from us! Brilliant holiday; brilliant property. Also, it has 2 lovely balconies.

No.3 is at the top; so a penthouse!!…and hence there are 50 ish steps. This was fine for my partner and I but of course could be a struggle for some less mobile guests.

"Worst ever stay. Unprofessional host"

Worst ever experience. There is a night club located next door which was working until 4 in the morning on Monday. It was impossible to sleep because of vibration coming from it through the walls. The host simply did not care about that because it’s all about money for them, guests experience is no importance. He didn’t care to answer my 5 calls, he didn’t care to come to the property and assess the situation, he did not care to find a solution, provide alternative apartments or refund. He at first agreed that there is an issue with the night club next door but later changed his approach and started to make fouls of us. We had to move out immediately abandoning our 5 nights booked there.

This property is listed on Booking in violation of the local and EU laws and should be deleted.
