Location and pool

The pool was a bit green round the edges, but would be easy to fix

The place is really beautiful and the pool was a good place to chill and enjoy the sun. Staff was very friendly as well.

There was a little fridge, but rooms could be also equipped with kitchen stuff. Staff did provide us with plates and cutlery when asked.

Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, and adorable cats! I loved the location in Imerovigli--the property is less than 5 minutes from the bus stop and the small town, and Imerovigli itself is so calm and peaceful compared to Oia and Fira. If you're looking for a place to stay outside of the busiest areas, I highly recommend both the town and this property. It's easy to take the bus anywhere, and you can walk the pedestrian trail to Fira in less than 30 minutes. The staff (both human and feline) were very welcoming and kind. Too bad I couldn't sneak one of the orange kittens into my suitcase!

The only complaint I have is that the night clerk I met is a bit overly friendly. Not in a creepy/uncomfortable way, but female travelers should be aware of it. I spoke to another guest who had a similar experience. I truly think he was just trying to be hospitable and not hitting the mark quite right. I would still give the property a 10 and stay again if and when I return to Santorini.

the mattresses on the beds were just terrible we changed two rooms, but this did not solve the problem the mattress was just like a rock, it was impossible to sleep

The swimming pool accessibility timesheet. During summer time, the pool should be longer accessible than this timeline 10.00am to 7.00pm. Because during this time, the customers will go somewhere else for the beaches, caldera view photo capturing or going out to eat in some restaurants. So, this timeline only is not enough for the customers. Thanks

The hotel is very well situated, 5 minutes walk from caldera. The room is really big and comfortable and the view is stunning. The staff are very nice and professional.

The furniture is a bit old and the room was not very clean, it gave move b&b vibe than hotel

The bed was comfy and the shower was large and inviting.

The room was like the pictures, however the the pictures were clearly taken to showcase the best features and leave out that there was no view from where the hotel is. It was quite hot when we were there, and the AC was insufficient to cool down the room enough to sleep well. There was also no way to get natural cross ventilation or any breeze in the room. Sadly we had to suffer a bit at night and just try to spend time away from the room at a friends' hotel during the day for a nice nap.
