Room was comfortable for one person. Washroom becomes smelly if you close the door.

Wifi very poor and room service was provided upon request, I believe. Room service staff is not very professional.

Room and bathroom was very large and clean, with a lovely patio for evening drinks or morning coffee. Location was great and place was very quiet with beautiful gardens, pool and the most adorable little kittens. Main front desk woman was lovely and helpful. The bed and window couch was very comfortable, the best we had through our entire island hopping trip. Loved the internal shutters as well.

Response time from hotel was slow either through booking.com or their direct email. The nighttime host/front desk person was incredibly creepy and made my friend and I uncomfortable, especially traveling as solo females (we were aggressively hit on several occasions that we actively avoided passing the reception office on our returns at night). The door to our room was incredibly challenging to lock/unlock and open from both the inside and outside - the key kept getting stuck, wouldn't move or wouldn't remove from slot. The pool closed rather early (7pm) and there were no other accommodations/amenities really.

Close to bus stop, pharmacy grocery store. Room size was big.

Everything was easy going and really lovely! The room and all other facilities were clean and very nice and the staff (especially Maria) was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed our stay :)

Loved the location. Imerovigli is the perfect base to see the whole of Santorini. We actually preferred the sunset and evening in Imerovigli compared to Oia with all the tourists. The hotel gave us a nice quiet, peaceful place to base ourselves and it was lovely to come back and take a swim and relax for a bit in between adventuring. The decor of the room was really lovely and exactly what I’d hoped for, and the bathroom was lovely and huge!

Some things are hard to deal with on an island. There were a few cockroaches that made an appearance in the bathroom, but fighting nature is hard everywhere, and they were always swiftly dealt with and the staff were great with spraying every day to minimise this. We saw 4 in total, I know people in other hotels on the island had problems with much more, so it was a very minimal issue. The air conditioning could have been slightly stronger for a bit of a boost to cool you down as you came in, but it was a heatwave so in normal weather it would be fine. It was perfect to sleep with on.
