The staff are amazing, the rooms are extremely clean, location is perfect and it have parking, the hotel doesn’t have kitchen but Maria help us a lot with the food and drinks delivery without any extra charges. Its my second time in Santorini and absolutely with this hospitality will repeat it again

Literally nothing

The hotel/room looks out onto the "not so nice" part of Santorini, probably why it's a cheaper option to the ones in the Caldera. And it's just a 5 minute away from Imerovigli. It's still the sea and it looks nice. The receptionists were really nice.

Their communication was really bad. Nobody messaged us about how to get the keys as we were coming in late at night. It's not straightforward to know you got to the hotel as it's a bit dark at night and not clearly signalled. Would have appreciated for messages from the team.

Small, wonderful staff - Marie was so helpful and friendly. peaceful venue in great location with a spacious room and bathroom. The garden area walking to the room and where we sat for our coffee was beautiful.

Kitchenette facilities could have been a little better, for example a cloth to wash up our crockery & wipe down the surface.

Kitchen facilities poor, although did ask for glasses, bowls etc and brought promptly No cutlery and no sink, had to wash pots in batbroom!

The staff was super friendly. It was great having a large balcony and of course the pool was nice.

Just a sink in the kitchen area would have been helpful to rinse cups and glasses after having a coffee or snack.

bed very uncomfortable, AC unit was old and didn’t function well, advertised to have laundry (for a fee) and it turned out this was not an option, not perfectly clean (dead gnats in the shower)
