The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and extra comfortable bed. The pool was great and very relaxing. Also the bus stop was 1 min by walking.The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.

Very clean facilities and very nice and quiet location

Everything was good

The reception staff and gentleman who did room service were really friendly, helpful and efficient and made up for the deficiencies in general. The room was spotless and very comfortable but I don't need a duvet in summer! The pool area and the pool are lovely and peaceful and then marred by other people not using headphones and blaring their dance music out for all to 'enjoy'

We arrived and had to wait for our room - I understand that check in is at 3 but there were no facilities to use after a long journey as the receptionists loo was out of action. Also I know check out time is 11.30 but new people were in our room soon after it was cleaned and certainly before 3. There is something about the place that just doesn't work. e.g. there are minimal kitchen items in the room, a toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery and fridge but no facilities to wash and dry up used items. Perhaps a communal kitchen area and a toilet by the pool where you have to wait to check in or after check out might help. Further to your response I have reviewed the booking.com page for your premises and you may not be aware that one of the photographs for the type of room we booked is very misleading as it definitely looks like there is a kitchenette area. Perhaps this is why many have commented on the absence of a sink for washing up. I should also say it is one of the best swimming pools I came across in 6 weeks. We would definitely stay there again.

It was an amazing stay at Aelia. Our flight was delayed and came quite late, but they still managed to find out a way to let us in. We had a good time in Santorini and was a bit sad that we couldn't use the pool as we had a busy schedule. Everything was perfect in the room.

The view was stunning and very quiet place

Great location, nice Hotel, great Pool area and helpful staff. We stayed for a few days as a base to explore Santorini and the staff also organised Quads for us to use for one of the days which was great. Would consider staying again.

On arrival we had some issues with our room as there was a mix up in which room we where to be in and we were taking into someone else's room. But once that was sorted things were fine.

Great staff - very helpful when we arrived at the hotel. It's a few minutes away from a nice bakery and affordable restaurants but also near the good ones where you might want to splurge. It's not along the caldera but it's a 5 minute walk from the main caldera footpath (the Fira-Imerovigli-Oia hike). We didn't have time to try the pool but it was big and clean and looked like a nice place to just lounge around. They also gave free Greek white wine upon check-in. The room and the bathroom was big. It had a refrigerator and some plates but no microwave for reheating food (this seems to be common among accommodations in the area). It did have a small sandwich grill that we used to reheat our pies late in the night. Check-in process was easy and they let us store our luggage at the hotel while we explored Fira since we arrived very early. Also great sunrise view from the hotel.

Had some issues communicating with them before our stay. Took a few days for them to respond and only after several emails. They also don't help with booking your airport to hotel shuttle/transport and didn't give helpful information, we had to research on our own (the YT channel - Greece Explained helped a lot). It would have been great if they had more info on transport options besides using the bus since most info on the internet are outdated. That said, they did help us book a taxi for our hotel to airport transfer and adviced us on the rates.
