Bathroom is downstairs, lack of see views (I knew it).

There are two different appartments, and we got the one with the terrace. Overall it is quite nice and it has pretty much everything you need. It is well kept and has a great location. On top of that the owner is very friendly and eager to help.

The stairs are a bit small and the ceiling can be a bit low while using the stairs, not ideal if you are taller than probably 1.80m. Also the air conditioner is located in a place where you can hit yourself with it when using the last set of stairs to get to the terrace if you are not mindful.

Lovely quiet location ideal for exploring Old Chania Bathroom was ideal. Kitchen had everything we needed although cramped.. "Penny" in contact via email regularly.x

Our apartment/ rooms didn't have access to a balcony or roof top ..so advert slightly misleading. Bed sofa not particularly comfortable for sitting for any length of time. There was noise from other apartment ovethead-people walking about etc

Great location Modern place

One of the 2 rooms is quite a bit smaller than it looks. If you are taller than 1.70 you might face difficulties with the stairs and hit your head. The biggest problem in these apartments, is that there are insects and in fact I believe they are small cockroaches. When we entered the apartment we found dead insects in the sink and after a while on the walls, in and at the towels, on our bed, on the walls and relatively everywhere. We were told that they did a disinfection after notifying them, but still there were too many, which made our stay unpleasant and ruined our holiday because it was disgusting to stay there. I regretted paying so much money to have such an experience! I would discourage you from staying there!

A very well presented property in the heart of the town, the location is great and the host very attentive.
