The host was very fast in replying and very helpful with all our questions. The location is amazing as you are close to everything you might need. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable and the host even receives you with special treats.

The apartment is located in one of the upper floors by stairs so if you have some mobility issues is something to have in consideration.

Very nice , cozy , clean apartment, have everything for a comfortable staying, looks much better than on the photo ) Great location 👍🏻

Todo nos gustó, la casa es preciosa, limpia, bien equipada.. tiene de todo!!!! Y el casero es muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento, nos ha hecho la estancia mucho más agradable. Si vuelvo a Split, no dudo en volver a este apartamento. Muchas gracias por todo Ante!!

Mucho mejor que en las fotos Todo estaba muy limpio. Apartamento MUY grande Ubicación excelente Cocina totalmente equipada. Nos dejaron cafe y agua listo Buen colchon y buenas almohadas Armarios enormes Aire acondicionado nuevo Flexibilidad en la entrada y la salida

Nada, todo fue perfecto. Solo detalle a informar es un cuarto sin ascensor. Pero no hubo ninguna clase de problema. Escaleras amplias.

Although we came later than the check in time the owner waited for us to give us the key and show us the app which was nicely decorated ,very spacious and clean.Also had everything to make our life easier.Well equipped Kitchen, with coffee machine and many capsules, milk,biscuits,tea etc. and a small balcony

The area was safe,not very nice but very close to the old town and about 15 minutes from the Harbour.The app is on the forth floor without elevator,so be careful if you have someone withdisabolities.Otherwise it was not very difficult.

I like that we where met by the owner on arrival and she was waiting out the front for us. The apartment itself was extremely clean. The owners went above and beyond. They had freshly baked bread set out, toiletries, laundry facilities, and gave us recommended some great places to go. Honestly very impressed. I wish we stayed longer. Also, there is a bus stop out the front for easy access to the Split Port, although it’s only a 15 minute walk.

It’s not a thing that can change, but it is located on the fourth floor. So if you have heavy bags it’s quite high up. We are young so this doesn’t necessarily bother us.

Great value for money. Very clean and modern apartment, huge spacious bedroom and high ceilings, strong wifi, relaxing balcony. Very close to local bus station (can catch 37 bus to airport) and lots of useful bus lines such as the 60 to Omis. Only 6-7 minutes walk to the tourist centre. Delicious local bakeries just below the apartment that fed us every morning.

No elevator so a lot of walking- this is not a problem for light travelling backpackers like us but people with heavy suitcases should perhaps choose elsewhere. The air conditioning unit is in the entrance foyer, not in the bedroom itself- not the most direct placement for the air conditioning on hot nights (have to leave the bedroom door open to the foyer to get the benefit)

I strongly recommend this house. It’s a very nice hotel, very close to the city center by walking. You can take bus line 37 directly from the airport to the house. The room is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The bed is comfortable, and there is enough space for two people. Breakfast is included.
