Noe and Joey

The property is very good , clean , nicely decorated and the location is also a big plus - few minutes walk to the old town / centre . Bus station 4 mins away where airport bus no 37 terminates. Lovely little bakery, pancake shop and few steps away. Ante was a great host , very responsive and really accommodating all the requests and questions.

Spacious and fully kitted-out apartment near to Split's Old Town. Nicely decorated and with essentials and extras conveniently located around the rooms. The bedroom is very large and the bed comfortable. Shower needs pre-heating but this was no problem at all, with a sizeable water tank.

Our hosts were kind when communicating virtually, but practically ghosts in person. We were shown around at breakneck speed before they rushed off somewhere. It would have been nice to have a more relaxed welcome and not be made to feel like we were imposing. Additionally, the milk in the fridge was open and had gone off.

Super location, ten mins to old town, on main Street but not noisy, great places to eat off the tourist trap all around and two mins from bus station to get to airport. Fantastic decor, comfort, attention to detail in every way with biscuits, milk, beer and juice left for us. A real home from home, would def stay again and 100% recommend.

To have shower gel, amazed not provided given the abundance of provision in kitchen. Shower head not flexible so not easy to use.

Host was so friendly, he picked us from bus station. Apartment was very clean and cozy. All possible facilities were available. Loved staying there. Thanks to the host.

Apartment is located on 4th Floor which is a bit effort if you have luggage because there are no lifts.

Fantastic place, near the old town but at the same time very quiet. Just 5 minutes from the flat there you have a lot of buses including 37 bus from/to the airport. The flat is very nice and has everything you need: there is one big bed and one smaller one IKEA bed. The kitchen is well equiped with the small capsule coffee maker, electric kitchen etc. You can drink your coffee at a little balcony. The bathroom is also very nice, with a comfortable shower, washing machine, hairdryer. Ante was very helpful and responsive, we were contacting by Booking chat. He was waiting for us to give us the keys. He left us water, juice and cookies, tea, coffee which was so nice ! The localisation of the flat is brilliant, you are very close to the main attractions but still far from the crowd. I highly recommend the Noe and Joe apartment.

Great location, spotlessly clean, really helpful guide to getting around Split and local recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying here when staying in Split.

Really big, well equipped and cute flat! The bed was super confortable and every room was extremely clean and neat. But the greatest thing was definately the host. He was so nice and helpful in everyway possible! It is also worth mentioning the attention to detail. He left us milk, coffee, juice and some delicious biscuits!

The house was amazing, everything was new, clean, and really spacious for two people. The bed was also great. The location is ideal and less than 10 min walk from Split’s old town. Ante was so helpful with everything we needed. He helped us with finding a parking spot, recommended places to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful, very well equipped apartment with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Loved all the quirky decorative touches and the balcony. The location was ideal - 4 mins walk from the number 37 bus from the airport and 8-10 mins walk into the centre. It's on the 4th floor so you'll benefit from some additional exercise! The host was lovely and very responsive. Highly recommended.
