La posizione ottima

Appartamento ristrutturato ma il giroscale muro scrostato ed il pianerottolo con le piastrelle rotte rischiando anche di farsi male camminando.

Zona céntrica, algo ruidosa ya que es una zona con bastante ambiente nocturno, pero las ventanas evitaban las molestias

El alojamiento no tiene ascensor, realmente lo tiene pero está roto y tiene pinta de hace bastante tiempo. Creo que sería una cosa a mencionar ya que en nuestro caso no tenemos problemas de movilidad y mis hijos son mayores, pero si fueran pequeños y llevasen sillita sería un auténtico lío. El inmueble por fuera es viejo, muy viejo, sin ningún mantenimiento pero tampoco importa mucho.

Kamienica dość zaniedbana, chociaż sam apartament odnowiony i posiadający wszystko czego potrzeba.

The apartment’s location is awesome - super convenient, with everything just a short walk away. All the main attractions, tons of cafes, and shops are right there, so we could easily explore and grab a bite. The kitchen came with all the essentials for cooking, like pots, pans, a microwave, and a kettle, which was super handy. Oh, and the bed? Big, comfy, and perfect for crashing after a long day.

The soundproofing was honestly awful - we could hear everything from the neighbors, and the street noise, with all the shouting and chaos, went on way too late. The kitchen didn’t have basics like sugar or other small stuff you’d expect for cooking, which was a bummer. There were only three towels for the two of us, which felt a bit stingy. The meter made this annoying clanking sound every time it kicked on, which got old fast. Also, for some reason, there were no pillowcases, and the pillows themselves weren’t exactly comfy. And the weirdest part? The maintenance crew came into the apartment while we were there! We’re guessing it was a mix-up with the schedule or they got the wrong unit, but it was awkward and honestly pretty unsettling.
