Difficult first day entry

The only positive thing that can be said for the apartment is that the location was great.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as I expected. The towels were dirty, there were stains on the floor. The stuff changed the towels and cleaned the room but this should have been made before our arrival. In addition, I booked the apartment for 3 people but the sofa bed wasn’t prepared at all. They have left only duvet cover and pillow case without any pillow and any additional sheets for the third bed. The TV wasn’t working. The entry to the apartment was really old and definitely need a renovation.

We didn't stay in this apartment because it was not cleaned. After 4 hours contacting the service, it still wasn't cleaned and we had to book another apartment. We got refund.

No internet access, very noisy neighbors, bad smell in the bathroom

The location was a plus, easy walk within 30-40 minutes to all the attractions, also there is a shop downstairs and many restaurants in a walking distance.

The listing photos were quite confusing, and it wasn’t clear until the end how the rented property would actually look. Additionally, the property is managed by an agency or company, which significantly affects how quickly issues are resolved. For example, we rented the property for two people, but the bedding was only provided for one bed. The agency assumed we would share a bed, and when we requested additional bedding, it didn’t arrive until the third day—completely unacceptable. The apartment also lacks many essential basics, including something as simple as a toilet bin. On top of that, it's extremely noisy, with outside disturbances continuing until 3-4 AM.

Nice and cozy flat, clean and renovated, super comfy bed, we loved staying there after a long day outdoors visiting the city. Good location, close to all services and tasty restaurants, in one of the very characteristic neighbourhood of the city. Kind and helpful staff.

Toilet unfortunately very smelly. Only one towel per person (but additional towels smoothly received under request). Since these two points are frequently mentioned in the reviews, perhaps it may be worth it to fix them to reach perfection.

Everything was very easy, communication great and the apartment was perfect

The apartment was really nice with big windows. Also it's was in the center of Budapest close to well-known bars and restaurants. The fact that it was a loft made it really cozy and even though it was super cold outside the room was really warm.

The entrance and hallways where out of horror film. The apartment is really close to some known bars that people go get drunk and then make a lot of noise so if you ae not okey with noise you will have a problem. Also the toilet seat was not placed for unknown reasons.
