I thought some basic items would be left in apartment e.g coffee teabags milk tea towel hand towel.

The location of this apartment was great. It was easy accessible with the smart check in for the late checkin travellers and the WhatsApp support of the property management was pretty good. The apartment was hot inside and at a first glance it looked good.

I stayed here for 4 nights, and the experience was quite frustrating. Firstly, we were only provided with 2 towels for 2 people, with no additional towels for hands, face, or the bathroom floor (which got quite wet after every shower). I had to request extra towels, which they did provide, but it shouldn’t have been necessary to ask. The bathroom was consistently unpleasant with a bad odor, and worst of all, the sink was completely blocked. It took hours for any water to drain, making it essentially unusable. Additionally, there were no slippers, and while the main areas of the house were relatively clean, there were still visible spots with dust and dirt. Not what you’d expect for a place rated this highly. The WiFi was a nightmare. If you’re planning to work remotely, don’t count on it. Even for basic internet use, it was barely functioning. I shared my feedback with management, and they offered a 20-euro refund to prevent me from leaving a negative review. This makes me question the authenticity of the high ratings here. Overall, a disappointing experience that doesn’t live up to the reviews.
