W33 - Prime Location - Comfortable Quality Apartments by BQA

The area was a bit rough at night. The stairs of the building were horrible: beer bottles, several used condoms and were not cleaned over the time we stayed there, but kept being dirtier. The apartment was not in good shape: bedsheets were stained, the shower was broken, and there were many stains on the sofa.

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr zentral gelegen und daher viele Orte zu Fuß erreichbar. Das es einen Self Check In gibt ist sehr komfortabel. Der Service ist schnell zu erreichen und war immer hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr dreckig als wir ankamen, jedoch nach dem ich den Eigentümer wegen dieser Sache kontaktiert hatte, wurde das Zimmer nochmal erneuert sauber gemacht, daher hier ein Positives Feedback 👍🏻 Jedoch ist das Treppenhaus sehr veraltet, Treppen sind kaputt und die Fließen am Boden locker. Es liegt viel Müll im Treppenhaus (Kondome, kaputte Stifte, Bierdosen, Kabelbinder usw…) Die Straße an der das Apartment liegt ist (erstrecht am Wochenende) sehr laut. (Autos, viele Partygruppen, schreiende Menschen).

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra do zwiedzania. Choć pokój jest w bardzo zniszczonej kamienicy, to jednak jest dobrze wyremontowany, właściwie nowy. To enklawa wygody w mocno zaniedbanej budowli. Może będzie lepiej.

Odbieranie kodów do drzwi (a trzeba przejść przez 4 drzwi z kodami) odbywa się poprzez kontakt z botem, co nastręcza pewne trudności. Ale w końcu daliśmy radę. Kontakt po angielsku. Kody można było przesłać wcześniej, aby nie czekać przed drzwiami.

Saknade handdukar och sängkläder till 2 av 4, påtalade detta flera gånger till hyresvärden som svarade snabbt och beklagade och lovade att ordna utan att något hände (kastrull och stekpanna kom andra dagen men inga handdukar eller sängkläder) Centralt läge men högljudd gata fram till morgonen. Trapphuset var från ett rivningsobjekt, mycket spring i trappen och otrevliga aktiviteter, kändes inte tryggt.

It's an okay location – close enough to get around easily.

No check-in information provided before arrival: I didn’t receive any login or access details. Since I was roaming, I had to call the property to get the information, which caused unnecessary stress. Bed condition: The bed was new, but it was dirty. The mattress looked awful and clearly needed deep cleaning. No clean sheets: There were no clean sheets provided at all. No towels provided: There were no fresh towels in the room when we arrived. Washing room not cleaned: When we opened the room with the washing machine, we found dirty sheets and towels left from previous guests – they clearly forgot to clean it. Cleaning only done after complaint: The room wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Someone came only after I complained. Very rushed cleaning: Even then, the cleaning was done in under 5 minutes – just a quick mop around. No toilet paper, towels or hairdryer at first: These basic items were only brought after I complained. They came to the room three separate times, bringing forgotten items bit by bit.
