Riva Apartments

It’s in a good location, right at the old town with a fantastic ocean view. Although there is no elevator, the staff was really friendly and offered help to help carry the luggage when we checked in/out.

The bedsheet didn’t come with the right size for a kings bed in the beginning. But it’s not a big deal. We quickly got an additional one after we requested it

The Apartment was perfect, beautifly decorated, clean and with everything we needed. Great location overlooking Riva and the harbour. We stayed int he 2 bed apartment and it was just right - would be perfect for 2 couples. Special mention for Anan who is a fantastic host - polite and friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. Highly recommended all round.

Unit was outdated and needed a full refresh, including the bathroom.

Gostei do quarto vista cidade no terceiro andar do Palácio de Dioclesiano (sem elevador) onde eu fiquei. Limpo, descoração rústica (como eu gosto), silencioso.e cheiroso, porém minha amigas detestaram o delas.

Minhas amigas detestaram o delas. Foi anunciado como um apartamento para 2 pessoas com vista da praia. A vista era por uma janela no andar térreo, o mesmo dos restaurantes da orla, ou seja, mesas e pessoas atrapalhando a paisagem, pouca privacidade, cheiro de comida ao abrir a janela. Sala escura, cozinha americana velha e escura, mobília escura na sala e no quarto. Depressão total ! O único quarto, no fundo da acomodação, bem pequeno, escuro, praticamente só cabia a cama com colchão desconfortável, mole, que afundava com o peso do corpo. Imagine um banheiro velho, que logo na entrada tem uma lava-roupas(???), estreito e comprido (um corredor) com azulejos amarelos. Horroroso !! Uma delas, ao ver o quarto, mesmo já tendo pago, se mudou imediatamente para o Hotel Santa Lucia, onde havia apenas 1 quarto vago. Como nâo achamos outro quarto bom, minha outra amiga ficou na acomodação, voltando só para dormir mesmo. Nós pedimos para mudarem para qualquer outro quarto mas alegaram ocupação esgotada. Enfim, experiência muito ruim e dificíl de esquecer. Sugeri ao dono que pare de anunciar esse quarto pois vai estragar o negócio dele.

Everything! It was so well located, George met us on arrival, even though it was late and helped with bags. He gave us some great advice for our stay.

Street outside was noisy at night but all good humoured and subtle fun . It would not stop me staying there again!

It was very accommodating with great staff support and helped us with luggage up and down the stairs. Clean and very pleasant stay with its great location.

Stairs were difficult to get into place for our the older people i traveled with.
