Prime Location Penthouse apt with a large terrace

Great location, short stroll to the old town and Marjan Forest Park, close to bus that will bring you to kasjuni or kupaliste bene beach, walking distance to the boat ferries. Host was very friendly and met us at the apartment on our late arrival. Also accommodated a late check-out. Apartment has everything you need including air conditioning.

It's on the top floor and has no lift. Didn't bother me but it might not be ideal for everybody.

location superb - handy for everything Split has to offer whilst being in quiet secure area. lovely views from the terrace.

Lovely apartment with large terrace including a gas BBQ. Well equipped kitchen. Good location but you need to be fit as apartment is up three flights of stairs!

The apartment suited our needs with an excellent roof terrace where we could relax and unwind. It was well located with a short walk to the main promenade in both directions depending if you wanted to access the more lively bars or the quieter part of Split. The air conditioning was very welcomed too. The supermarket was a 2 minute walk away: well stocked with lots of meats, cheeses and fresh bread to enjoy a breakfast on the terrace. The owner did explain about the renovation work currently being carried out by a neighbour; this didn't have any reflection on our lovely apartment.
