Great terrace, close to everything and easy to get around. Great views. Couldn't wish for anything better, great price and budi was a lovely host, if I could rate more than 10 i would. Hope to stay here again. Facilities were amazing, TV, washing machine, power shower, air conditioning. Everything perfect. Beds were incredibly comfy.

"An amazing stay!"

The terrace was ofcourse the highlight of our stay here. It was so big and we were able to see the sea! The appartement was clean, the room was big and the bed was great! Loved this stay and would definitely reccommend it to everyone! Thankyou again!

nothinggggg, But ofcourse to stay at a penthouse you have to go up and there is no elevator so just keep that in mind!

Location, service from Budi, facilities, value for money. Such a comfortable and beautiful unit in a prime location. We purchased a weeks worth of parking in the garage below (right near Marjan Hill Info Centre) and that was a great service too. We were able to pop the car on a ferry to Hvar and visit Bosnia. Perfect location as a home base in Split

The terrace was beautiful , the location was great !

The shower was broke but was going to get fixed the owner mentioned , there was loud barking from dogs every morning very early , and building works going on early in the morning , waking us up. But that’s not the owners fault .

The property was perfect and hosts lovely has everything you need only thing to mention you have 6 flights of stairs as penthouse but worth it if you can manage stairs.
