Prime Location Penthouse apt with a large terrace

No lift which could be an issue for some people

Budi’s apartment was the perfect place for our week-long stay in Split! It was clean, spacious, very well equipped and in an excellent location for the restaurants, bars, the old town, the Riva, shops and the steps to Marjan. And the large balcony was perfect for relaxing with a view. Budi was an excellent host. We highly recommended this apartment!

Nothing! We loved everything about it. (People with mobility issues may find the stairs challenging but it was no problem at all for us)

The location was easily walkable to the harbor and restaurants. The terrace was great to enjoy a sunny afternoon.

It was challenging to find but the host responded quickly and gave our driver directions to insure we found the location. He stayed in contact to make sure we were in the apartment and everything was going well. Excellent communication throughout our stay. He even wished me a happy birthday!

This apartment has an amazing view, is near the city centre/boulevard, and has absolutely everything you can wish for! They even had umbrella’s. The communication with the owner was also lovely, definitely recommend! ♥️
