Split centre LEX apartment

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement 10-15min à pied de la vieille ville de Split. Il était propre, les équipements étaient fonctionnels. La petite terrasse extérieure est un vrai + ! Ivan, l’hôte, a été bienveillant, sympathique et nous a donné plein de recommandations pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Il y avait même des bières dans le frigo et des chocolats pour nous accueillir.

Le seul petit bémol : il y avait des fourmis dans l’appartement, mais sinon tout était parfait !

Nos gustó todo. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y funcional. Nos alojamos en el apartamento pequeño, suficiente para dos personas. La cama es cómoda y todo el apartamento está muy limpio. Tiene plaza de parking justo delante, algo muy positivo en una ciudad como Split. Caminando al centro hay unos 5-10minutos. También pudimos hacer uso de la lavadora (hay detergente, pinzas, tendal..) y de material para ir a la playa (por ejemplo, las esterillas, muy necesarias en las playas de Croacia). Ivan, es un anfitrión 10. Para la entrega de llaves hay que quedar con él pero no hubo ningún problema. Nos facilitó mucha información para nuestra estancia.

No hay microondas pero no fue un problema ya que pudimos utilizar cazos, ollas…

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Die Altstadt, Park, Bäckerei und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen.

Der Sitzbereich in der Einfahrt war nicht so gemütlich.

Excellent host and great accommodation! The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. During our 7-day stay, we had absolutely everything we needed – even the little things that are often missing in rental places. All in all, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

No complaints at all.

Close to attractions. Good facilities inc. washing machine and car park. Host very friendly and helpful with good advice regarding the local area.

Unit was small but contained everything we required.

We liked this stay very much! Ivan was very helpful and friendly. We needed a parking spot and unfortunately it was already booked before us, but Ivan helped us to look for another and starting from day two we parked near the house. Apartment is close to the center. Room was clean, AC worked well, everything is stylish and renovated, there was enough warm water (unlike a lot of places in Croatia), we didn't need to wash our clothes, but you can do that in case if you need it. Ivan gave us very clear instructions about everything. We were provided with bottled water and some croissants, that was so nice!

Kind owner with farely quick responde time. The aparmant was clean the wifi was fast, the placement can not be better! Silent neighbourhood and the city center is just a few minutes walk away.

Ivan was a great host and welcomed us at the Apartment to hand over the keys / run through the basics. The 2-bed apartment is comfortable with good WiFi / Air Con plus small touches like a coffee machine (with capsules) / Water in the fridge ... which is just what we needed after our delayed flight. Although we didn't need anything during our trip, we were comforted to know Ivan was just a WhatsApp away. Location is amazing. Quiet with just a short walk to the centre / view point. Nice touch was the map in the apartment showing the easy route to the centre (avoiding the steps) passing a small supermarket etc
